HOW DOES CRATE MATE'S SERVICE WORK?

Organise your move day with us, and we will send you what you require and pick it up after you have finished your move!
DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICES?

Yes! We provide a convenient drop-off and pick-up service all over the Sydney Metro! Apartment, house or office, we'll get it to you!
HOW MUCH CAN THE CRATES CARRY?

Each crate can handle 20kg before showing any signs of strain! And 100kg stacked on top of each other! Better than your standard cardboard box.
DO I MOVE THE CRATES MYSELF, OR DO YOU OFFER MOVING SERVICES AS WELL?

We do not offer packing and moving services; we offer sturdy crates to help you with the move. We don't like going through other people's belongings.
HOW BIG ARE THE CRATES?

They are 600x400x355mm with attached lids and carry handles.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE OR LOSE A BOX?

It will be hard for you to damage our crates; they are built to last! However, if something happens, we will assess the damage and provide a quote to replace it. If you lose or misplace our crates, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 for the crate and/or $50 for a moving dolly.
WHAT IF I NEED TO KEEP THEM LONGER THAN I THOUGHT?
